Hi! I’m Dr. Erin Reynolds, a sports neuropsychologist and your alcohol-free coach & mentor.

I have nearly two decades of experience in clinical psychology with half of that time spent working to help athletes heal from brain injury and return to peak performance.

In 2022, I took a break from drinking alcohol and experienced a radical shift in my life. Using my clinical background, coupled with my life experience, I’ve developed a program to help you take a break from alcohol and learn to decode your true life’s purpose.

There is a significant body of work looking at the science of behavior change but most of us try to make changes in our lives using sheer willpower, which is HARD and doesn’t tend to lead to lasting change. It is my passion to teach these strategies and help you reconnect with your self and discover what you really want out of life.
